We will respond to your online request for an appraisal fee quote or a case evaluation by the end of the business day.
A case evaluation is a preliminary look at a situation with case facts given to us by you. It is simply a tool for initial discussion purposes. All of the facts you give us are presumed to be true and accurate for our discussion purposes. We will give you an idea of the direction of the case or preliminary estimates. This is preliminary and is used as a start to see if exploring the situation further with an appraisal is the next step for you. Should you then request an appraisal be done, all of the facts, details and analysis would be done and confirmed using independent, original research.
Please email a request for a fee proposal for an appraisal or the basic facts for a case evaluation it to us using this address . Please include the following minimum information:
1. Name, address of client, telephone #'s and email address.
2. Address of property or properties to be appraised ( section, block & lot # if you have it).
3. Type of property: such as a single family house, shopping center, apartment building, mixed use

5. Date of Valuation and required turn around time

How To Request A Real Estate Financing Case Evaluation
Please email the following information as listed below or contact Howard Jackson at firstname.lastname@example.org . If it is contained in an executive summary, please email that. The more and detailed the information, the more accurate the response.
1. What type of project? i.e. a shopping center to be built, acquisition of an existing office building, etc.
2. Brief background of the real estate operator behind it.
3. The financial information: The acquisition cost, price, amount of renovations, the income generated, etc.
4. What kind of financing? Real estate equity capital, mortgage or construction financing.
